DANCE
Dance has been my passion ever since I managed to stand up on my own. I take pride to modify a famous English adage as follows:“All work and no dance makes Raveesh a dull boy”
The dance groups which Shaped me
Top Entertainers Moodbidri
Top Entertainers, lead by Mr Kiran was my first and the only formal dance learning school. I was trained in Free style dancing, folk and filmy dance for about 11 months. In my short encounter with Kiran, I learnt the art of making the dance presentation more attractive. I am deeply influenced by by his dancing style, his choreographing abilities and his teaching style.
Sanskrithi
Sanskrithi, the Eastern dance troupe of PESIT is the heart of all cultural activities in PESIT. Formed in 2005 by 4 dedicated classical dancers [Raghu, Chithra, Nisha, Anu] from diverse background. the team has continuously evolved and within 2 years, it has grown into a huge Banyan Tree.
The dancers in Sanskrithi group are proficient in Bharathanatyam, Kuchipudi, Mohini Attam, Kathak, Yoga etc. Other than dancing, this is a great troupe to hang out with.

“PULSE”, the western dance troupe of PESIT is where I started to seriously build my dancing career and improve my dancing abilities. Though Pulse is not a professional dance troupe and none of the dancers are in any professional team, the level of team work, dedication and deliverance has been very professional.
Formed in 2006, Pulse has won a lot of engineering cultural fest in and around Bangalore and is among the best dancing troupes among engineering colleges.
