I am the Microsoft Student Partner Lead (Student Ambassador) of Bangalore DotNet Student group. For the academic year 2008-09, there are 6 MSP leads in India.

Microsoft Student Partner Program is an initiative by Microsoft and Ineta (International .net Association) to interact and train future professionals (the students), introduce various Microsoft tools and technologies to students and maintain the link between academia and industry.

Microsoft has its student chapters in some prominent technical institutes all over the globe where Academic evangelists from Microsoft come down and interact with the young brains and train them. PESIT is one such prestigious institute and pesit.net group has been quite active in recent years. PESIT.NET is a member group of bdotnetstudent group i.e. Bangalore DOT net student group.

My Role As a MSP

The Microsoft Student Partner is a connection between Microsoft and the College campus.I am the campus leader for DOT net activities conductingHands On Labs (HOL), sessions on new technologies and in-charge of publicity and registration for Academic Development Conferences (Academic DevCon) hosted by Microsoft.
